Congratulations Cam

Congratulations to Cam, our Registered Manager at Lakeside House, who was shortlisted at this years National Children & Young People Awards under the Newcomer Award. Given the other worthy nominees, this is an amazing accolade and reflects Cam’s leadership and dedication to the young people within his home and the support he provides to his team.

Cam joined the organisation during Covid, having worked as a trained Chef previously. He quickly progressed through his qualifications and was appointed as the new Registered Manager at Lakeside House when it opened last year. He achieved Good in his first inspection and continues to demonstrate exceptional outcomes for the young people in his home. Whilst Cam did not win the award on this occasion, he was joined by Sam, Hannah, Amy and Dave to help him celebrate his success.
