Our Homes
Our homes are small and friendly family homes located across the Midlands and South West. We work in partnership with Local Authority teams, families and health professionals to ensure services are able to meet current and future needs.
All homes follow a therapeutic trauma informed support model. All staff receive extensive Foundations for Attachment training, delivered by our psychologist, Dr Eleanor Brown and her team, based around PACE principles and understanding.
We provide long term placements where young people are supported to lead full and active lives within their local communities. We work together to support them to access suitable education and when the time comes to leave us plan successful transitions to their next placement or move to independence.
Staff are trained to meet the individual needs of each young person, supported by external professionals.
All our homes are rated Outstanding or Good with Ofsted.

Highly Skilled Staff Working in Partnership
